Five miles offshore the uptime human take on an Edixi special forces submarine disgorges a strike team, some 'uptime' human, some 'uptime' Guppies, and some downtime operators that have been looped in. Their target is a compound owned and controlled by Imperial House Kryix, specifically the third daughter of it's matriarch. Located in what was the Cape-Arago State Park in Oregon, it is suspected to both be a warehouse site for illicit goods and as a data vault for things they'd rather not be easily accessed by snooping Interior operatives that aren't on their payroll.
