===== Arrivals from Coreward, and the Sino-Shil'vati War =====

The <color #ff7f27>**Lian System Incident**</color> occurs with a first contact in the far coreward of human occupied space; the Sinopact first contact with the Shil’vati goes poorly. For whatever reason the scouting elements of the Imperium are determined to have hostile intent and shots are fired. The Imperial Navy reacts with staged assets from nearby systems, beginning their conquest of the Sinopact and what they assume is humanity as a whole.

Imperial Naval forces begin a general offensive across the Sinopact ‘coreward’ frontier with eight thousand plus vessels.

Sinopact makes the Coalition of Progressive People’s Systems aware of the situation, intelligence leaks also inform the members of the Solar Confederation (CONFED) of the rapidly moving alien incursion into Sinopact Space.

The United American Systems and European Cooperative Community begin a general mobilization of naval assets. 
=== 20 Sep ===
45% of Sinopact holdings have fallen under the Imperium’s control, 3.2 billion humans have died so far in this conflict with Sinopact military forces taking murderous losses. Sinopact leadership and assets that are mobile begin to retreat toward the KSPN border.

60% of Sinopact holdings have fallen, retreating forces begin to [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cobalt_bomb|‘scuttle’]] habitable worlds with salted very large yield fusion devices whether they’ve been fully evacuated or not. 4.2 Billion human deaths have occurred.

80% of Sinopact holdings have fallen, the core worlds have been overrun, most fleet remnants are now in the ‘north’ of the territory while an unlucky splinter fleet runs to the ‘south’ and the American stellar border. 5.2 Billion human deaths have occurred.
=== 8 Oct ===
The ‘Spinward’ front stabilizes with the Sinopact victory at the Battle of the Hongse System, the remnant northern Sinopact fleet combined with KSPN reinforcements stop the vanguard of the Imperial Navy. Their entry into the war seeking to block any further advances toward their own systems. 

Trailward the battered remains of the Sinopact splinter fleet jump into the American border system of Cascade, seeking asylum for a following of civilian vessels. After brief negotiations the following of civil craft jumps out of the conflict zone toward the UAS frontier. The scattering of light patrol vessels and system ISSP frigates hold their distance from the Sinopact formation as the world below goes on to full alert. FLASH traffic is sent toward the UAS core worlds informing an already on alert force that the recent arrivals to the starzone are now at its border.

The Imperium Invades the United American Systems colonies of Concord and Mobile, the Imperial forces involved quickly realize this isn't the same faction of humans they'd been fighting for nearly a month and a half.

An Imperial Force Pursuit Arrives in the Cascade System

Concord Falls.

Mobile falls, UAS authorities on Cascade force a ceasefire with the Imperial commander on the scene.

A lead Imperial assault fleet arrives in the Charleston system and is attacked by the United American Navy's Ernest E Evans Carrier Strike Group in what would become the Battle of the Charleston System.
