The Order of the Last Dawn, an old and dark organization on the fringes of European magical society who held views beyond the fringes of even Voldemorte's worst intentions have managed to infiltrate all levels of the new nationalist german party. Often acting in support of or alongside the quiet assistance of Gellert Grindelwald to elevate the national socialist party, they enjoyed extensive if behind closed doors control at its highest levels as Germany rearmed and spread throughout Europe during the thirties. Unlike the Nazi Party however their goal wasn't global domination nor the establishment of a superior racial state, they sought something far grander and darker. To them mankind, both magical and unmagical, had grown stagnant, a green dead pool that needed to be flushed away and anything that managed to survive would deserve to live in a world they were the masters of.
